Bastion Protocols
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of bastionprotocols.com and access to Bastion OS. They do not purchase an Operiv Diagnostic, authorize deployment, or replace a separate written engagement agreement. Questions may be sent to hello@getbastionprotocols.com.
Effective September 30, 2026
Website and Brief
The free Operiv Brief is based on public information and Bastion's human review. It presents operating hypotheses for discussion, not validated findings about a company's internal systems. Requesting or receiving a Brief does not create a paid engagement or guarantee any business outcome.
Authorized access
Bastion OS is available only to users Bastion has provisioned for an organization. Users must sign in with their own account, keep access secure, use the workspace only for authorized business purposes, and notify Bastion if they believe an account has been misused. Bastion may restrict access to protect the service, other clients, or business records.
Client materials
Clients retain responsibility for materials they submit and for ensuring they are authorized to provide them. Do not submit another person's sensitive information, credentials, or confidential records through a public Brief form. Materials provided for a paid engagement are handled under the applicable written agreement and the Privacy Notice.
Paid work
The $2,500 Operiv Diagnostic, any deployment, and ongoing services require their own approved scope, terms, and payment process. A client must accept the applicable engagement agreement before a Diagnostic checkout or delivery begins. Nothing on the website or in a Brief by itself commits either party to paid work.
Updates
Bastion may update these site and app terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Any signed engagement agreement controls if it conflicts with these general site and app terms.
